Four African men have pleaded guilty to a series of attacks in Temple Bar.

A court has heard how the gang seriously hurt 5 people during a violent rampage in October 2010.

A Dublin DJ was rushed to hospital with severe head injuries after the night of violence on the cobbled streets of the heavil-touristed area.

Four others were also injured after being attacked by the gang on October 10th 2010.

Oluwafemi Adetunji, Damilola Adeyemo with a previous address of 119 North Circular Road, Dublin 7, Nero Omoruyi of the North Circular Road and Damilara Bammodu with an address at an asylum seekers' hostel in Cobh, Co. Cork appeared before Dublin Circuit Criminal Court this morning.

Nero seemed to cause the most damage as he admitted attacking three of the victims and using a glass bottle as a weapon.

The others pleaded guilty to various assault, public order and theft offences on the same night.

Accepting their pleas, Judge Patricia Ryan remanded the men on continuing bail to appear for sentencing before DCCC on October 18th.
