Authorities say there's not believed to be any further risk to members of the public.
The shopping centre complex was evacuated and remained closed on Tuesday evening.
Police said the area would be "isolated for at least several hours, possibly all day tomorrow".
The country's National Bureau of Investigation will lead the investigation into the attack.
