A fifth teenager has died in the U.S following a high school shooting in Washington state two weeks ago.
15-year-old Andrew Fryberg was wounded after a student opened fire in a cafeteria in Marysville, north of Seattle.
The attacker - Jaylen Fryberg - died at the scene after shooting himself.
