Fianna Fáil is accusing the Government of failing to address the homelessness crisis.
Micheál Martin says Ireland was established as a republic that aimed to see all members of society included and the coalition is failing to uphold those ideals.
5,000 people including over 1,500 children are now using emergency accommodation, and the number of homeless families is up 84% since January.

He also accused Sinn Féin of attempting to use the 1916 commemoration to pursue its own political agenda, saying the party has forgotten what republicanism means:
