A farmer has died from crush injuries following an accident at a Kerry farm yesterday.

The 65-year-old man was fatally injured when a tractor he was working behind rolled back on him.

The incident happened between 9am and 9.30am on Monday at the farm in Ballylongford.

Health and Safety Authority officials have visited the site as part of an investigation.
