The army has made safe an explosive device found on school grounds in Dublin.
The improvised device was discovered in what is described as a 'remote area' of the school grounds on Aughavannagh Road in Crumlin this morning.
All of the students were moved to safety and a security cordon was put in place during the operation.
The device was dealt with on-site without the need for a controlled explosion.
The device, which has since been confirmed to contain explosives, was then moved to a secure military location for further technical examination and testing.
It will now be handed over to gardaí.
