Dyson has unveiled its first robotic vacuum cleaner.
The vacuum can be controlled by an app and navigates itself around a room using a 360-degree "eye", which detects landmarks like bookshelves and chairs.
It's the result of 16 years, around 35 million euros worth of research, and the work of more than 200 Dyson engineers.
According to Dyson, unlike most robot vacuums, Dyson 360 Eye™ robot provides suction across the full width of the machine. And instead of flimsy bristles and side sweepers, it has Dyson’s most advanced cleaner head technology; two types of bristles for hard floors and carpet.
