Graham Dwyer's murder trial has heard Elaine O'Hara had an internal violent fantasy world from the age of 12 that involved restraint situations.
The jury has been hearing evidence of her medical history from consultant psychiatrist Dr Matt Murphy who treated her at St Edmundsbury Hospital from 2008.
He also went through her previous records when she was under the care of Dr Anthony Clare.

Graham Dwyer, a 42 year old architect from Kerrymount Close, Foxrock, denies stabbing the childcare worker in an allegedly sexually motivated killing at Killakee mountain in Dublin in August 2012.
It's alleged they were in a BDSM relationship.
