If you want a better chance of passing your driving test, you might be better to go west.
According to analysis by the Irish Times of driving test pass rates between 2010 and 2013, Ennis Co Clare has the highest pass rate in the country at 68%.
That is followed closely by Sligo, Tuam, Clifden and Roscommon.
While Rathgar in Dublin has the lowest at just over 41.3% - this was followed by Raheny and Tallaght.
These compare with a national average of about 54 % between 2010 and 2013.
The paper says younger drivers are more likely to pass the test, while male motorists had a higher success rate.
Connacht Tribune motoring correspondent Gerry Murphy gave Newstalk Breakfast possible reasons for the difference.
