The death toll from the collapse of a block of flats in the eastern Russian city of Magnitogorsk has risen to 21.
At least 22 people are still missing after the ten-story apartment block collapsed in an explosion on New Year’s Eve.
However, officials have warned that the odds of finding anyone else alive among the debris are looking increasingly slim – with temperatures dropping as low as -24C.
Emergency workers pulled an 11-month-old baby boy alive from the rubble on Tuesday – nearly 36 hours after the collapse.

Officials said Ivan Fokin is now in a stable condition after being flown to a Moscow hospital with fractures, a head injury, hypothermia and frostbite.
The boy’s parents both escaped the collapsed alongside his three-year-old brother.
His father Yevgeny has described the rescue as a “New Year’s miracle.”
The Russian Investigative Committee has blamed a household gas explosion for the tragedy.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has visited the area and has spoken to some of the survivors in hospital.
