Cocaine worth more than €70,000 has been uncovered after Gardaí stopped a car in Dundalk today.
Members of the Louth Drug Unit stopped and searched the car on Castle Road as part of an ongoing investigation.
They uncovered cocaine worth over €70,000 along with “items associated with drug dealing,” including scales and plastic bags.

They also seized £6,500 (€7,350) in cash.
A man in his 20s was arrested at the scene and taken to Dundalk Garda Station.
