Last night’s Lotto jackpot worth just over €4m was won in County Clare.

The National Lottery is urging players in the Banner County to check their tickets and see if they are the country’s newest multi-millionaire.

The winning Lotto numbers were: 13, 18, 30, 41, 42, 44 with the Bonus number 37.

A National Lottery spokesperson said the shop that sold the ticket will be revealed in the coming days.

“With a jackpot win of this amount, it is important that we take some time to inform the winning retailer and of course to give the winning ticketholder the time and space they need to let this amazing win to sink in so we will be announcing the winning store in the coming days,” said the spokesperson.

Two other players in Dublin and Cork will share a prize of €237,474 after falling one number shy of the jackpot.

Meanwhile, another Dubliner has picked up the Lotto Plus 2 top prize of €250,000.
