Charles Saatchi has accepted a police caution for assault over a public row with his wife Nigella Lawson.

The 70 year old voluntarily attended a police station on Monday afternoon.

He'd previously released a statement dismissing photos, apparently showing him grabbing the throat of his wife at a London restaurant last week, saying it was a 'playful tiff'.
