Gardaí have found almost €1 million worth of drugs in Dublin and Kildare.

Three men, aged between 22 and 40, remain in custody in Clondalkin Garda station in connection with yesterday's seizures.

Some €660,000 worth of heroin was found when two cars were stopped and searched at Newlands Cross yesterday evening.

Suspected cocaine and cannabis herb were found during follow up searches in both counties.
