Speaking to RedFM News CEO Dan Kiely says the 350 positions will be filled by the end of this year:
The Taoiseach Enda Kenny and Jobs Minister Richard Bruton were in Cork to make the anouncement, which is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through Enterprise Ireland.
Welcoming the announcement, Enda Kenny said, "Voxpro is a real Irish success story and a great inspiration for those setting up businesses today. Growing from employing six people to 500 and now adding a further 350 jobs is great news for Cork and contributes to the goal of making the recovery local."
It brings to almost 500 the number of new positions announced today at three separate companies.
Earlier, two Dublin-based companies - BioMarin and Tesco - announced they were to recruit 100 new staff.
