3,350 people are today being conferred as citizens of Ireland.
Four ceremonies are taking place in the Convention Centre in Dublin today, with candidates from over 120 countries attending.
It brings to 94,000 the number of people who have taken part in citizenship ceremonies over the past four years.
Bright and Princess Doris are originally from Nigeria, but are now living in Castlemartyr, Co Cork.
They say they're delighted to be given Irish citizenship today after living here for many years:
Judge Bryan McMahon presided over this morning's first ceremony, and encouraged the new citizens of Ireland to contribute their sporting skills to their new country:
Tánaiste Joan Burton and Minister of State Aodhán Ó Ríordáin were also in attendance at the ceremonies.
