A man in his 40s has been charged in connection with a €1.5 million drugs seizure in Dublin.
Officers from the National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau - assisted by local Gardaí and members of the Emergency Response team - searched a premises in Artane on Friday.
They found 20 kg of cocaine and 4 kg of cannabis resin.
The cocaine has an estimated street value of €1.4 million, while the cannabis is worth an estimated €100,000.
Component parts of a firearm and quantity of ammunition were also seized during the operation.
A man - aged in his 40s - was arrested in connection with the seizure.
He has since been charged and will appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice tomorrow morning.
