The medical charity Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has created a 360° video, showing poor refugee conditions in Lebanon.

Shot in the Bekaa Valley, it shows the scant, squalid conditions in what is being called "the entrance door from Syria".

The MSF says refugees there have no legal rights and no right to work - making them entirely dependent on humanitarian aid.

Field coordinator William Empson takes users on a tour of the area, where thousands of Syrian refugees fleeing the war there are currently based.

"They can't work, they can't get integrated in the society", he says.

"In the Bekaa Valley we still have an important number of Lebanese population which is considered on the poverty line or below the poverty line".

"So we (are talking) about 26% of Lebanese that are vulnerable".

"So if you take 26% of Lebanese (that are) vulnerable and you add on an enormous refugee population that has absolutely no means, then you can imagine the situation here", he adds.
