A man in his 30s has been rescued from Carrauntoohill mountain in Kerry after he fell and sustained a broken ankle.
The Kerry Mountain Rescue team were tasked by the Gardaí this afternoon to assist with the rescue.
The man, who was climbing with three others, fell from a peak of the mountain in treacherous conditions and is currently being brought to hospital for treatment.
