Just in time for Christmas...
Irish retailer Golden Discs has announced a new partnership with Tesco - it will bring home entertainment to eighty of its stores around the country.
It will supply movies, music, Playstation & Xbox games to the supermarket chain.
"This is an exciting new chapter for Golden Discs," said Stephen Fitzgerald, CEO of Golden Discs.
Golden Discs recently moved into HMV's old location on Henry St
"Marrying our product knowledge and specialist credentials with the geographical reach and scale of Tesco will both enhance the customer experience and grow the business," he continued.

We are delighted that our customers will be able to enjoy its innovative range of home-entertainment offerings and music, movie and games products as part of their Tesco shop," Sheila Gallagher, Commercial Director, Tesco Ireland said.
Golden Discs operates 14 stores around the country and employs more than 150 people.
