Revenue seized drugs valued at an estimated €200,000 in Limerick today.

Customs officers seized 6kg of cannabis herb and 1.2kg of cocaine from a house in Croom, Co. Limerick as part of an intelligence-led, joint operation involving Revenue, the Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and the Limerick Divisional Drug Units and Detective Units

A 37-year-old man was arrested by Gardaí in Limerick.  He is currently being detained at Henry Street Garda station.

Investigations are ongoing with a view to prosecution.
