A woman in her 40s is to appear in court this morning charged in connection with the investigation into Gareth Hutch's murder.
Mr Hutch (35) was shot dead outside his home in Dublin's north inner city last Tuesday.
The taxi driver was targeted by two attackers in the car park of the Avondale House flat complex on North Cumberland Street.

His murder is the seventh to be linked to the ongoing dispute between the Kinahan and Hutch families.
The woman due in court is being charged with withholding information that could have prevented a serious offence.
She is scheduled to appear at the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin at 10.30am.
Two other people remain in custody in connection with the investigation.
