The Minister for Agriculture, Food, Marine and Defence Simon Coveney says the government must adapt to people's frustrations over water charges but added there is 'no question' of the walking away from the scheme. He told Shane Coleman on the Sunday Show that the government is 'very plugged into what people are saying.'

He said people accept they need to pay for water but they are angry with how the system has been implemented. He was speaking ahead of a vital trade mission to China to boost Irish exports of food produce. You can listen back below...
