From Monday morning, Ireland will have a new TV channel - as UTV Ireland is rebranded as part of the TV3 Group.
UTV Ireland is to be called be3, and commence broadcasting at 7.00am on Monday January 9th on all platforms except of Sky.
Service on the Sky platform will begin from around 10.00am.
While the current TV3 will also be renamed simply '3'.

The re-launch follows the takeover of UTV Ireland by Virgin Media - who also owns TV3 Group.
UTV Ireland was launched in January 2015, and was acquired by Britain's ITV in 2016.
It was then announced that the channel would be bought by Virgin Media last July.
As part of the deal, UTV Ireland was moved from Macken House to TV3's headquarters in Ballymount.

UTV Ireland broadcast its final Ireland Live News bulletin on Friday, with many people showing support for its workers.

TV3 will be home to prime time programmes such as 'Red Rock', 'Gogglebox Ireland', 'Coronation Street' and 'Emmerdale'.
The channel will also continue to broadcast its news and current affairs programmes.
3e will be geared towards the 15-44 age group, with entertainment taking priority.
It will be the home to 'Big Brother', the 'Xtra Factor' - along with shows like Graham Norton and Jonathan Ross.
The new be3 will broadcast children's programming in the morning, and drama and chat in the afternoon.
The channel will also give viewers a second chance to see soaps originally broadcast on TV3.
be3 will also broadcast news bulletins at 7.00pm and 10.00pm.
While some programmes currently shown on UTV Ireland - such as 'Good Morning Britain' and 'Lorraine' - will no longer air.
