The Health Minister says management of St Vincent's Hospital should have appeared before the Oireachtas Health Committee.
It's after a Prime Time investigation into Eurosurgical alleged that staff at St Vincents and the Beacon accepted gifts and holidays from the medical supplier in return for commerically-sensitive information.
St Vincent's says it won't be taking part in Dáil hearings while its own international probe is underway.
Minister Leo Varadkar says the hospital's management should have given evidence to the Committee.
Earlier, members of the Health Committee expressed their disappointment that members of St Vincent's Hospital will not appear before the cross-party group.
The Dáil committee is examining procurement issues within the health service in the wake of the Eurosurgical debacle.

Meanwhile, the CEO of the Beacon says workers were shocked and disappointed by the allegations made by Prime Time that a staff member accepted gifts from a medical supplier.
The employee has resigned from the hospital and is the subject of a criminal investigation.
