A Spanish Mayor has introduced a compulsory three hour siesta every afternoon.
The town of Ador - near Valencia - has brought in a bylaw that enshrines an offical snooze slot from 2 to 5 o'clock every afternoon.
At 1.30pm, a police officer calls over a loud speaker telling residents to prepare for their afternoon sleep.

It means children are banned from playing outside, music must be turned down, and TVs also have to stay on a low volume.
The bylaw comes as Spaniards fear their national custom is threatened by the rush of modern life.
