Sinn Fein says it has no confidence in the Taoiseach and the Attorney General following the publication of the Fennelly Report.
Mr Justice Nial Fennelly investigated the circumstances surrounding the resignation of the former Garda Commissioner Martin Callinan last March.
The commission's report released last week vindicated the Taoiseach of any wrong doing after a representative from the Department of Justice was sent to Mr Callinan's house the night before he resigned.
Sinn Fein are to table motions of No Confidence in both the Taoiseach and the Attorney General.
