The book of evidence in the case of a man accused of murdering a 37-year-old father in Dublin is expected to be ready by the end of the month.
Stephen Tynan, of Knockmore Park in Tallaght, is charged with the murder of Andrew Guerrine whose body was found in a country laneway in 2015.
In the early hours of May 23rd 2015, Mr Guerrine’s body was found at Steelstown Lane in Rathcoole.
A post mortem established he had been stabbed to death.
Gardaí believe he was killed somewhere between Knockmore and Killinarden estates in Tallaght.
40-year-old Stephen Tynan was arrested last month and charged with his murder.
He appeared in court again today where he was remanded in custody until August 31st when the book of evidence is expected to be ready.
