Gardaí have launched an investigation following the discovery of a man's body in Waterford earlier today.
The discovery was made at around 1.30pm this afternoon at a house at Appian Close in Ardkeen.
The man - who was in his 30s - was pronounced dead at the scene.
The state pathologist has been notified, and a forensic examination is due to be carried out.
A post-mortem examination is also expected to take place tomorrow, with gardaí saying the results will determine the course of their investigation.
