Over 500 schools involving 14,500 pupils across Ireland are taking part in the MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Readathon. I visited Loreto Junior School on Stephens Green in Dublin to see how the kids are getting on with their reading.

The MS READaTHON is the largest school based reading initiative in Ireland. It is MS Ireland’s biggest annual fundraising campaign raising vital funds for people with MS. Over 8,000 people have MS in Ireland. Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic disease, the most common disabling neurological condition affecting young people in Ireland
