With just twenty-six days to go before the movie hits cinemas, J.J. Abrams confirmed that The Force Awakens is finally, FINALLY finished.

To celebrate, Disney has released the first full clip from the movie, which shows Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega), and their robotic buddy BB-8 trying to escape the First Order on Jakku.

This is followed up with the ninth TV spot, once again featuring narration by Maz Kanata, and voiced by Oscar-winner Lupita Nyong'o.

On top of that, fans of the series should head to www.google.com/starwars and be greeted by a cantina full of Star Wars makeovers for your Google apps and programs.

By choosing between the Resistance (the good guys) or the First Order (the bad guys), your browser will get an overhaul, with loading bars turned into lightsabers, Google Maps filling up with Stormtroopers or Resistance Pilots travelling around in their TIE fighters or X-Wings, while anyone with an Android Wear smart watch can avail of a free Star Wars Face for their device.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives in Irish cinemas from December 16th.
