Remember Louie from the Simpsons?

In case you can't pick him out from the enormous cast of Springfieldians, he's one of the town's mobsters, typically found alongside Fat Tony and Legs.

Though Louie never had more than a few lines, the actor on which the character appears to be based believes him to be worth about $250m.

Frank Sivero, who played Frankie Carbone in Goodfellas, claims that the producers of the show stole his "confidential idea" for the character, which he says was developed by himself and not in the movie's script.

Silvero says he lived next to the creators of The Simpsons while filming Goodfella's and that they saw each other almost every day.

It's not the first time the actor has defended the image of Frankie Carbone either. Earlier this year he sued a Californian deli for naming their Italian sandwich after him.
