A German far-right group is staging a rally in Cologne following mass sex assaults on women in the city's centre on New Year's Eve.
Victims say the attacks were carried out by men of North African and Arab appearance.
It's as Chancellor Angela Merkel says stricter laws regulating asylum seekers may be necessary.
