A cyclist who decided to answer the call of nature in nature could be liable for the cost of suppressing a massive wildfire in the US.
The man came forward after authorities appealed for information about how the fire could have been started.

Apparently, an ember lit some dry grass on fire after a man defecated and lit his toilet paper on fire, out of concern for the environment.

Fire service spokesperson Carrie Bilbao told a local news network "I guess when you gotta go, you gotta go. ...it's not the first time this has happened."

The man confessed and was cited by authorities.
Just for the record, the official advice on pooing in nature is that you should bury it, or bring it with you.
