Gardaí have found two men travelling in the boot of a car.

The vehicle was stopped in Roscommon town when gardaí noticed the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.

They saw five people inside the car - but a further inspection revealed two men in the boot.

The driver was issued a ticket for driving an overloaded vehicle.

Gardaí are also reminding of the dangers of not wearing seatbelts.

The two men in the boot continued their journey by train.
