Unless you've been under a rock, you'll know that Bruce Springsteen is playing in Dublin this weekend, with two shows on Friday and Sunday night. 

While he's famed for his legendary concerts, the Boss is also known for being in remarkable shape. The secret to that is, of course, eating right and working out, no matter where you are, and he proved that on Thursday night in Dublin. 

Springsteen was pictured popping in to a Flyefit gym on Baggot Street where staff said he did a workout and was looking "fitter than ever". 

He was also good enough to pause afterwards with fans and staff there and take a few snaps.
