Gardaí in Leixlip are investigating the murder of Philip Finnegan, whose body was discovered in Rahin Wood, Co Kildare, two days ago.
Philip had been missing from his home at Mary Aikenhead House in Dublin 8 since Wednesday, August 10th.

The post mortem has finished and gardaí will not be disclosing the findings for operational reasons.
The scene remains sealed off for a technical examination.
