Earlier this week, 116 puppies were found after a search at Dublin Port.
They were found on two vehicles which were bound for Britain.
The puppies are estimated to be aged from as young as five weeks up to eight weeks and include a variety of small breeds.

None of the dogs had the required pet passport for travel.
They were seized on Wednesday with the assistance of Customs and the gardaí.
