Newstalk has learned HSE in the Mid West says it's placed ten staff "off duty" at a County Tipperary disability service, while it investigates a complaint.
The HSE says the complaint relates to concerns about care practices at two residential units run by the Daughters of Charity in Roscrea.
The Gardai and HIQA have been notified, and the HSE says a detailed examination of the complaint is underway.
