Two men have been charged in Northern Ireland after a fire engine was stolen this morning.
The 19 and 66-year-old men are due to appear in Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday in relation to the incident in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The vehicle was taken from Larne in County Antrim and driven into nearby cars and houses.
One of the men has received treatment for minor injuries in hospital.
Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service has condemned the theft.
Dale Ashford is a Chief Fire Officer with the service, and says it caused 'absolute devastation'. He adds that the damage to the engine "will obviously have an impact on the community".
