Over 300 people turned out at a rally by Real IRA supporters to mark the first anniversary of the death of Alan Ryan.

There was a heavy garda presence along the route of the march from the Ryan home in Donaghmede to Balgriffin's Fingal Cemetery.  One person was arrested for a minor public order offence.

The dissident republican was murdered outside his home in Clongriffin last year. Dissident republicans staged a major paramilitary display at his funeral and a volley of shots was fired over his coffin.
