A man in his 20s has been hospitalised after he was shot in the foot in Belfast last night.
The victim was approached by four masked men in an entryway in the Laurelbank area of Poleglass at around 10.10pm, according to police.
He was ordered to lie down before being shot.
Detective sergeant Michael Hawthorne said the man was taken to hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
