KPMG Ireland is hoping to convince Irish emigrants to come back to Ireland to work for the 'big four' accounting firm.
Those who left Ireland when jobs dried-up during the country's financial crisis may have to do a double take as they pass through the airport.
The company's head of recruitment, Paul Vance says that they “wanted to kick start a conversation about coming home to Ireland.”
The firm is recruiting audit, tax, advisory and consulting professionals to deal with increased client demand.
It plans to hire 550 people in 2016 - 250 experienced candidates and 300 graduates.
KPMG reports that its #ComeHomeToOpportunity campaign, and presence in Dublin airport have led to a surge in applications for its current vacancies.
Mr Vance said that the company can offer assistance to those considering a move back to Ireland:
“Moving back home can be challenging, so we are helping by managing flights, searching for accommodation and general relocation assistance to help with the transition.
“We want to reinforce the message that a return home to Ireland can be a permanent one and not just for Christmas. We are going to continue our campaign throughout 2016,” he added.
