Tech giant Apple is making its customer support easier to reach, by launching a Twitter account.
It says the new Apple Support account will "provide tips, tricks, and helpful information when you need it".
The firm says consumer's questions will also be answered through the account.
The team manning it are based in California in the US - meaning it may not be best placed to answer Irish queries due to timezone differences.
But it has already started tweeting tips for users of its products.
