This week we're paying tribute to Philip Seymour Hoffman by creating a drink which features in one of our very favourite Seymour Hoffman films - Boogie Nights.

That drink is the Margarita.

Yes, yes we know we've made a Margarita in this slot before - but Oisin is creating a very special fragrant cherry version.

If you'd like to make it - here's what you'll need...

Fragrant Cherry Margarita

• 50ml Patron Tequila

• 20ml Cointreau

• 20ml Cherry Syrup

• 20ml Lime juice

• 1 Cardamom pod

• 1 Star anise.
