Berlin is set to hold a housing referendum - that if passed - could see the Government seize control of private property that is owned by Corporate Landlords. This is being proposed by action groups in response to the growing accommodation crisis in the city.

What are the political and legal ramifications if the referendum passes and could this be something that could happen in Ireland too.
