A new court to deal with planning issues is to be established. The movie is part of wider reform of legal aspect of planning process being led by AG. Fred Logue, Solicitor specialising in Environment, Planning, and Information Law, and Planner Kieran Rose both joined Pat on the show this morning to discuss the establishment of this new court.
