Despite being banned around the world in the 1980s, the toxic forever chemical polychlorinated biphenyl, or PCB, continues to ravage communities across the United Kingdom in a major contamination scandal. Now, the actor Michael sheen has teemed up with two investigative journalists in a new documentary to investigate how this was allowed to happen and uncover the health problems the toxins have caused.
