Cabinet is set to approve immigration measures on Wednesday, which are expected to include new rules, meaning someone won't be able to apply for citizenship until five years after being granted asylum.

It’s as EU Migration Commissioner Magnus Brunner visits Justice Minister Jim O’Callaghan today in CityWest.
