The deaths of seven people in four road incidents over the weekend bring to 29 the number of people killed on the roads so far this year.

Also, an AA survey has revealed the majority of drivers have had their vehicles damaged by potholes, with more than 60% stating their car, motorbike or bike had been impaired.

Conor Faughnan is Director of Consumer Affairs for AA Ireland, and he joined Ivan in studio to discuss how big a hazard potholes are on Irish roads.
